Ascent Program

Who we look for

By Intuity advises exceptional candidates who are currently in the preparation phase for McKinsey, BCG and Bain applications.

Successful applicants are seeking not only to gain acceptance into McKinsey, BCG and Bain, but also to accelerate their career trajectory upon joining their chosen firm and use this experience as a springboard to achieve long-term ambitions.

These individuals are a rare subset of MBB candidates who sit at the intersection of exceptional achievement, grounded empathy and future global leadership. They typically embody four defining qualities.

01
Visionary impact

Track record of outsized success in all areas of life they have devoted their attention to. Natural inclination towards taking personal ownership of collective outcomes and initiative via tangible actions.

02
Inspiring, empathetic leadership

Capacity to form authentic and meaningful relationships with others. Instills a constant sense of purpose and motivation within their team. Role models and inspires care, kindness and respect in challenging team environments.

03
Incisive decision making

Remarkable ability to remain composed, distill core issues and provide certainty when facing time-pressured decisions or conflicting stakeholder perspectives.

04
Enterprising curiosity

Innate desire to grow and learn more about themselves and the world around them, with evidence of unconventional or innovative approaches to decision-making.

We extend a warm invitation to individuals with these qualities to apply for the Ascent Program.
